The CEO of Arvand Investment and Development Company announced the holding of the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of a large 40,000 square meter recreational commercial complex with the participation of the private sector in the presence of the Secretary of the Supreme Council of Free Commercial-Industrial and Special Economic Zones in the region.
According to the public relations department of Arvand Investment and Development Company, before noon today and in the presence of the Secretary of the Supreme Council of Free and Special Economic Zones and the CEO of Arvand Free Zone Organization, the groundbreaking ceremony of the commercial-recreational complex with an infrastructure of 81 thousand square meters was carried out. Announcing this news, Ahmad Amani announced the duration of the project, which will be built on two floors, for three years and added: This commercial-recreational complex, which is the distance between Caravansara and Abadan hotels, is on a land of 40,000 square meters and with an infrastructure of over 81 thousand square meters will be built on two floors with the participation of the private sector. He announced the amount of Arvand Investment and Development Company’s participation in this project at two hundred and fifty thousand billion Rials and added: The said complex will have four hundred and seventy-six commercial and entertainment pavilions and a parking lot with a capacity of seven hundred and twenty-five cars. The CEO of Arvand Investment and Development Company considered this project in line with economic development and job creation in the region and added: In the process of implementing this project, 250 people will have direct employment and 700 people will have indirect jobs, and this number will increase several times after its completion.
