According to the public relations department of Arvand Investment and Development Company, Amani added: With the support of the CEO of Arvand Free Zone Organization and with a special focus on the development and prosperity of business in the region, fifty-five billion Rials from Arvand Free Zone Organization’s credits were spent on the improvement, equipping and development of Arvand Shopping Complex (Kenz- al- mal) during the past year.
Emphasizing that one of the most important goals of this company is to support capital towards sustainable development, Mr. Amani stated: Since small and medium enterprises must be supported to create sustainable employment, solving the problems of the Arvand shopping center, which is considered one of the good economic and tourism capacities of the region, was placed on the agenda of the Arvand Investment and Development Company.
explaining the measures taken, he added: Construction of medium voltage power line, strengthening and improvement of water pumping system, improvement and organization of fire extinguishing system, improvement and organization of emergency power system and diesel generators, implementation of optical fiber cable project, implementation and improvement of corridor lighting system and overhaul and organization of electrical panels of the interior of the complex is only a part of the steps taken in Arvand shopping center.
The CEO of Arvand Investment and Development Company mentioned part of the insulation and roof repairs of the complex among the works done in this commercial center and stated: Improvement and repair of sanitary facilities, dredging and organization of sewage system and disposal of surface water and setting up surveillance and security cameras of the market were among the other actions taken by this company until the end of the year, which provided more than ever comfortable conditions for tourists and citizens during Nowruz.
