The CEO of Arvand Investment and Development Company (AIDC), Ahmad Amani announced the presence of a Knowledge enterprise in the field of human, poultry, aquatic and livestock food supply for investment in the region.
According to the public relations department of AIDC, Amani, pointing out that the said company has extensive activities in providing human, poultry, aquatic and livestock food in Europe and Asia, stated: during a meeting with the presence of professors and scientific experts, the plan of the foreign investor was examined and after that a visit was made to the capacities of the region in the field of related industries.
He clarified: in the foreign investor’s plan, there is prevention of raw sales and creation of a value chain for the country’s natural resources, and in the initial stage, the production of protein needed by the food industry and food needed by animals; Especially aquatics are mentioned and after that we will also have the cultivation of aquatics that have high commercial sales.
Amani continued: in the continuation of the work, the production of some medicines, the cultivation of organic plants and organic fertilizers will complete this value chain and cycle.
As to the amount of investment of this project, the CEO of AIDC mentioned: the amount of investment of this Knowledge enterprise amounts to one and two tenths of a billion euros and the amount of occupied land is 100 hectares, which will create jobs for nearly 1200 people.
Amani admitted: In this plan, it is possible to participate up to 30% for domestic investors, and the target market for the sale of products of this value chain will be Eurasia, the Middle East, and East Asia.
